Retail Operations Supervisor

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in assisting the Store Leader and designated Store(s) with the handling and presentation of soft lines. This position collaborates with various members of the Retail Administration team, Human Resources, and Workforce Development to ensure that all tasks are executed in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the production and presentation of soft lines departments.
  • Identifies and implements efficiencies in the production workflow to meet or surpass objectives.
  • Articulates production targets and inspires team members to reach them.
  • Onboards new staff and ensures accurate tracking of hours worked.
  • Assists in employee scheduling and visual merchandising.
  • Monitors inventory levels and adjusts production targets as necessary.
  • Maintains safety, cleanliness, and organization within the facility at all times.
  • Helps supervise daily cash drawer reconciliations and deposits of store revenues.
  • Adds value by addressing customer inquiries and maintaining store equipment.
  • Enhances store effectiveness by executing all other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED is required; an associate's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of retail experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
