Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to join our team in the Greater Memphis Area. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality soccer instruction to children, promoting a safe and enjoyable learning environment, and embodying the values of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and interactive soccer classes to children aged 2-10, focusing on skill development, character growth, and fun.
- Implement our comprehensive curriculum, which includes skill and character development, and ensure that all classes are well-structured and safe.
- Manage classes of up to 12 children, ensuring that each child receives individual attention and support.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, providing excellent customer service to parents and faculty.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of our program, including attendance management, equipment maintenance, and on-site protocol adherence.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your coaching skills and stay up-to-date with best practices.
- A comprehensive training program to learn our curriculum, coaching techniques, and best practices.

- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this role.
