Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Intelligence Initiatives: Perform comprehensive research and generate impactful intelligence products, encompassing counterterrorism (CT) and regional assessments, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, and political/military evaluations.
  • Operational Collaboration: Engage with premier intelligence entities to prepare teams for the exploitation of enemy personnel and develop analytical products that bolster targeting strategies and threat assessments.
  • Enhance Mission Effectiveness: Create intelligence evaluations and materials that empower SOF Task Forces in executing the F3EAD targeting cycle, ensuring every operation is supported by actionable intelligence.
  • Global Readiness: Maintain a state of readiness for deployment on short notice to high-risk environments, where your expertise will be vital in various operational contexts.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Expertise: A minimum of 10 years of analytical experience within the Department of Defense or equivalent government agencies, with at least 5 years at the operational level.
  • Technical Skills: Highly proficient in contemporary intelligence automation, tools, and databases.
  • Communication Proficiency: Strong presentation skills with the capability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Specialized Knowledge: In-depth expertise in Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE), data-at-rest analysis, Regional and Geo-Political Analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis, and Collection Management.
  • Independence & Team Dynamics: Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight, as well as collaboratively within a team to identify valuable trends and information.
  • SOF & CT Knowledge: Strong understanding of SOF and counterterrorism intelligence operations is highly desirable.
  • Security Clearance: Must possess a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and meet all pre-deployment requirements.
