As pioneers in our field, we are dedicated to leveraging advanced technologies that enhance service delivery, particularly focusing on improving accessibility for clients in rural areas. With a solid history of continuous enhancement and consistent growth, we manage over 2 million appointments each year.
In this fulfilling position, you will:
- Take ownership of customer challenges from start to finish by establishing a clear vision, setting strategic directions, and achieving key product results.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop solutions that elevate customer satisfaction.
- Utilize product analytics and partner with the User Centered Design team to gain insights into customer workflows and use cases, guiding decisions on future enhancements and optimizations.
- Manage the Product Backlog by creating, prioritizing, and communicating Product Backlog Items (PBIs), ensuring that the most valuable tasks are addressed by the team.
- Define acceptance criteria for each PBI.
- Facilitate Product Backlog refinement sessions with various stakeholders to ensure a healthy supply of ready PBIs that align with Product Goals and Sprint Goals.
- Assess whether PBIs completed by engineering meet the established acceptance criteria and can be accepted as complete or require further effort.
- Propose Sprint Goals and related PBIs for team negotiation during Sprint Planning events.
- Conduct Scrum ceremonies as necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 9 years of applicable professional experience (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
- Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Office Suite (Word, Excel), MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of application programming, database systems, and both web-based and client/server architectures.
- Experience with JIRA or ADO is advantageous.
- Certified Scrum Master.
- Certified Product Owner.
- Knowledge of Restful APIs.
- Understanding of SQL.
Salary Range: $96,000-$123,000 with 8% bonus eligibility.
Additional Levels May Be Considered:
Salary ranges for each level are as follows:
Level 3: 5-8 years of experience: $85,000-$107,000 with 8% bonus eligibility.
Level 4: 9-14 years of experience: $96,000-$123,000 with 8% bonus eligibility.
