Job Summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial Door and Dock Service Technician/Installer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing and repairing commercial door and dock systems, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and Repair Commercial Door and Dock Systems: Install and repair commercial door and dock systems, including roll-up doors and dock doors, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain High-Quality Standards: Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Operate Safely: Operate in a safety-conscious manner, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous Experience in Construction or Relevant Field: Previous experience in construction or a relevant field is ideal, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Welding Experience a Plus: Welding experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Good Mechanical Aptitude: A good mechanical aptitude is necessary for troubleshooting and repairing commercial door and dock systems.
  • Ability to Lift Up to 70 Pounds: The ability to lift up to 70 pounds is required for this role.
  • Valid Driver's License and Good Driving Record: A valid driver's license and good driving record are necessary for this role.
