Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of clinicians serving the Norton residential area of Massachusetts. As a Physical Therapist with Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and medical professionals, providing personalized care and education to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients
  • Assess home environment to ensure safety and provide recommendations for any necessary modifications or equipment needs
  • Provide patient and caregiver education
  • Accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
  • Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required
  • Candidates must have a Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
