Join Our Team as a Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to geriatric patients in Senior Living Communities.

As a member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will work closely with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client mobility, strength, and balance
  • Develop and implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to improve client function
  • Continuously assess and revise client care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Educate and instruct clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living
