About the Role:

The Housekeeping Attendant is a vital member of the AEG team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a variety of cleaning tools and agents to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dispose of waste and garbage in designated locations
  • Conduct daily inspections of areas of responsibility
  • Maintain the exterior of the facility, including sweeping parking lots and trash pickup
  • Clean and maintain floors, walls, windows, and other surfaces
  • Restock supplies and maintain the cleanliness of restrooms
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for four to six hours at a time
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
