Your Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:
1. Ensure quality care through monitoring staff performance and daily resident observation.
2. Provide direct care to residents, including procedures such as catheter placement, colostomy care, and wound management.
3. Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff to uphold high standards of care.
4. Communicate regularly with nursing leadership regarding resident health and staff performance.
5. Observe and evaluate residents' health and emotional conditions, reporting significant changes as necessary.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Graduation from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
- A current, valid LPN/LVN license in good standing.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- A strong commitment to professional nursing standards.
