Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Harkins Theatres. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items to increase sales and revenue.
  • Monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a bar or restaurant setting.
  • Completion of a liquor service training course and certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
