Contract Duration:
This is a 12-month contractual position.

Profile Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • A minimum of 5 years of IT experience focused on VoIP and IP telephony.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
  • 5 years of expertise in Cisco Unity and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
  • 3 years of experience with Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) and Cisco Jabber.
  • 3 years of experience in Cisco Contact Center solutions, including UCCX or UCCE.
  • 3 years of familiarity with Cisco Webex Cloud technologies, specifically Waco and Wicca.
  • Experience with Calabrio Call Recording solutions.
  • Proficiency in Voice IOS Gateways, including H.323 and MGCP.
