About the Role:
Abode Techzone LLC is seeking a highly skilled VoIP Specialist to join our team. As a VoIP Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining VoIP systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement VoIP systems for clients
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco UC Manager, Call Manager, and Unity/Unity Connection
• Develop and maintain expertise in Cisco IM & Presence Server, Cisco Jabber, and Cisco Contact Center UCCX/UCCE
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of VoIP systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on VoIP/IP telephony
• Strong knowledge of Cisco UC Manager, Call Manager, and Unity/Unity Connection
• Experience with Cisco IM & Presence Server, Cisco Jabber, and Cisco Contact Center UCCX/UCCE
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
