About the Role:
The Stationary Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of building mechanical systems. This position involves reviewing blueprints and diagrams to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing blueprints and diagrams to identify potential issues and develop solutions
- Working with Siemens systems and BAS systems to troubleshoot and repair critical equipment
- Performing repairs on boilers, chillers, and generators
- Conducting basic troubleshooting on critical equipment
- Reporting to the Chief Engineer
Requirements:
- Reviewing blueprints and diagrams
- Familiarity with Siemens systems
- Familiarity with BAS systems
- Repairing critical equipment (boilers, chillers, generators)
- Basic troubleshooting on critical equipment
- Active MD 1st Grade Stationary Engineer License
Work Schedule:
The Stationary Engineer will work a rotating shift schedule, which includes 5 am-1:30 pm, 1 pm-9:30 pm, and 9 pm-5:30 am.
