We are currently seeking a civil litigation attorney to enhance our No-Fault team. This position is designed to be remote, allowing for flexibility while contributing to our mission of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our firm, you will take on significant responsibilities from the outset. Our attorneys are entrusted with complete ownership of cases, overseeing them from start to finish. Your duties will include:

  • Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, correspondence, and memoranda.
  • Managing and disseminating client information effectively.
  • Summarizing and analyzing medical records to extract pertinent details.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports for clients regarding case status and future steps.
  • Identifying and researching legal issues and differing legal opinions.
  • Conducting depositions, mediations, and arbitrations, as well as arguing motions.
  • Participating in both in-person and virtual court appearances.
  • Providing robust legal representation to safeguard client interests in complex litigation.
  • Clarifying the litigation process for clients unfamiliar with legal proceedings.
  • Steering cases towards efficient and equitable resolutions.
  • Managing multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in civil litigation, particularly with PIP and SIU matters.
  • Experience in handling depositions, mediations, and other intricate legal tasks.
  • Strong research, writing, and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated judgment and organizational skills.
  • Capability to manage a substantial caseload and associated daily tasks.
  • A keen interest in professional growth within the legal field.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Experience in billing practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
