About the Role:
  • We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills to oversee all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, safety, and presentation.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to support the development of our team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages growth and learning.
  • You will work closely with our Director Team to create a long-term vision for sales growth and profitability, ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth and Profitability: Co-create with the Director Team to develop a long-term vision for sales growth and profitability.
  2. Kitchen Operations Management: Oversee the coordination of all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, safety, and presentation.
  3. Team Development: Support the development of team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages growth and learning.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers receive exceptional service, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, driving results through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, directors, and customers.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes that drive results.
