At The Fountains at Greenbriar, our Custodial Maintenance Associate plays a vital role beyond the title.

You will be entrusted with ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of our residents and guests, while also enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our community.

The ideal candidate will possess qualities such as kindness, patience, and exceptional organizational skills, with a strong commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in commercial floor care
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Act as night security when required
  • Demonstrate excellent work ethic and safe work practices
  • Exhibit strong communication skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
