Job Details

At Luke's Lobster, we're passionate about serving sustainable, traceable seafood to our guests. As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring our high standards are met, and our guests have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve our simple, seafood-centric menu with attention to detail and safety.
  • Engage with guests, take orders, and recommend products at the register.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setting up for shifts.
  • Communicate our mission of serving sustainable, traceable seafood to our guests.
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year restaurant, customer service, or retail experience.
  • 2+ years for Shift Leader role.
  • Understanding of food safety standards and DOH regulations.
  • Required food handler certification for Shift Leaders.
  • Ability to handle shellfish and tolerate exposure to shellfish allergens.

Luke's Lobster was born out of the dream of Maine native and third-generation lobsterman, Luke Holden, to bring the quality lobster rolls of his youth to the big city. We work directly with fishermen to hand pick the best seafood, bringing it straight to our own seafood company in Saco, Maine, and then shipping directly to our shacks, grocery partners, and consumers.
