Job Overview

  • Coordinate schedules and travel arrangements for brokers and team members, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment
  • Solve problems quickly and effectively, applying discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
