Job Description

Job Summary:

Mountaire Farms is seeking a skilled Feedmill Worker to join our team. As a Feedmill Worker, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the feed mill, ensuring the production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate production equipment to produce products in accordance with production needs.
  • Produce assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions.
  • Maintain work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner, including returning tools to designated areas.
  • Complete equipment set-ups in accordance with specifications and quality procedures.
  • Adhere to established standard operating procedures (SOPs), paying special attention to safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Years of relevant experience.
  • On-the-job training, including forklift and skid steer training.
