Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance and training for service technicians and advisors, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervision: Supervise Service Center associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Technician Responsibilities: Perform Technician responsibilities as needed, including performing repairs and maintenance on vehicles.
- Loss Prevention and Safety: Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a company vehicle.
- Communication Skills: Possess great communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Automotive Experience: Prior Automotive Maintenance experience is preferred, as well as prior supervisory experience and prior retail experience.
- Certifications: Able to attain an ASE Certification in A4 Steering and Suspension and A5 brakes within one year of hire date, and possess or have the ability to obtain forklift certification.
- Language Skills: Ability to read and speak English and communicate with customers and co-workers.
- Competitive Pay: Competitive base pay up to $26.00/hr with annual performance-based merit raises.
- Benefits: A comprehensive benefit package, including all major holidays and birthday off, advanced leadership training programs, associate discount on name brands, internal recognition programs, profit sharing, 401(K) with company match, paid ASE testing and certifications, and Saturday and Sunday weekend premium pay.
