Senior Construction Project Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at ECI - Engineers Construction, Inc. in Williston, VT.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects involving earthwork, utilities, bridge construction, road construction, and concrete. They should be proficient in estimating, planning, budgeting, purchasing, scheduling, crew coordination, and overseeing project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor junior project managers and engineers.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in heavy-civil construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD drafting and Bluebeam software is an asset.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:
