We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered outpatient services, including the development of individualized care plans and treatment of patients across the lifespan and through all phases of rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-informed, and individualized occupational therapy plans of care to restore patients to full functional capacity.
- Instill resilience in patients to prevent further injury and promote self-efficacy for adoption and maintenance of lifestyle changes.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, referral sources, and fellow team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and maintain an outstanding company culture.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records to ensure timely completion of documentation and billing submission.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills, with a passion for wellness and occupational therapy as a profession.
- Ability to work closely with all members of the team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, lift, and move throughout the clinic for the entire assigned shift.
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification.
- Experience in functional capacity evaluations.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $49.00 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.
