Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing a range of techniques and strategies to promote independence and functional ability.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these.
  • Provide hands-on therapy sessions, using a range of techniques and equipment to promote patient progress and independence.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, updating care plans as necessary and communicating with patients and families to ensure informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Certification from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in response to complex patient needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and ever-changing healthcare environment.
