Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and test server products to ensure compatibility and functionality.
- Build, test, and troubleshoot new products to meet company standards.
- Test and document findings for new products to ensure quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- A college degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
- AS Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

- A+ Certificate or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of computer hardware.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the electronic or computer industry.
- Experience in assembling computer systems.
- Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
