Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team at Openwork, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and test server products to ensure compatibility and functionality.
  2. Build, test, and troubleshoot new products to meet company standards.
  3. Test and document findings for new products to ensure quality and reliability.
  4. Collaborate with the team to ensure finished products meet company standards.
Requirements and Education
  1. A college degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
  2. AS Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  3. College Certificate in a related field or equivalent experience.
  4. A+ Certificate or equivalent experience.
  5. Strong knowledge and understanding of computer hardware.
  6. Minimum 1 year of experience in the electronic or computer industry.
  7. Experience in assembling computer systems.
  8. Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards is a plus.
  9. Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal.
  10. Strong attention to detail.
  11. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  12. Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
