Job Title: Art Supervisor

At Publicis CoLab, we're seeking a highly skilled Art Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing concept and layout for print, broadcast, video, and interactive media with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and account teams to provide creative, strategically sound solutions for clients, in-house, and new business needs.
  • Own jobs from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Write and reference promotional materials without supervision, showcasing innovative presentation ideas.
  • Supervise and direct art directors and junior art directors, providing guidance and feedback to ensure exceptional work.
  • Clearly communicate information and direction to other art directors, suppliers, freelancers, and editorial staff.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively showcasing work and ideas.
  • Stay up-to-date with market research and trends, applying knowledge to drive creative solutions.
  • Work closely with the copy, editorial, and project management departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Present work in an organized and engaging manner, highlighting key concepts and ideas.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of agency experience, with a focus on interactive and digital media.
  • BA or BS degree in a relevant field, such as design, fine arts, or communications.
  • Proven creative ability, with a portfolio showcasing innovative and effective work.
  • Proficiency in Macintosh hardware, Microsoft software, Quark, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
