Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to join our client's team in South Oklahoma City. This role will oversee financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting processes, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage various aspects of financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee budgeting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and maintain adherence to accounting standards.
  • Prepare and review financial reports by working with the General Managers, Sales, and Warehouse Management team.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation.
  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar role within Industrial products.
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts, budgeting, regulatory reporting, and debits/credits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a leadership team capacity.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial activities.
Compensation:

$115,000 - $135,000 per year.
