Job Summary

Responsibilities
  1. Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, developing individualized care plans that address their unique requirements.

  3. Conduct diagnostic tests and interpret results to inform treatment decisions, working closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, promoting continuity and quality of care.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent; current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of [Insert State]
