Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Bosak Motors. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner, obtain vehicle information, and provide recommendations for routine maintenance.
  • Service Scheduling: Schedule service appointments, obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival, and advise customers on necessary service.
  • Problem Identification: Help identify mechanical problems by questioning customers and relaying information to technicians for diagnostics.
  • Repair Order Management: Prepare repair orders, explain work performed and charges to customers, and obtain authorization for additional repairs.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, handle customer complaints, and ensure that work is completed to the customer's satisfaction.
