Key Responsibilities
  • Design and review electrical control systems for all product lines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement PLC logic programs for heat transfer equipment, utilizing expertise in Siemens and Allen-Bradley programming.
  • Select and specify components to meet customer specifications and code requirements, ensuring high-quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products, improve processes, and reduce scrap, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and training to field service personnel and junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and expertise development.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including UL files and records, to ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background.
  • 2 years of experience with PLC programming (Siemens and Allen-Bradley).
  • 3-5 years of electrical engineering experience, with a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, with experience with SolidWorks a plus.
  • Knowledge of ASME Section VIII codes and standards is preferred.
