We are seeking a skilled urologist to join our team at Physician Empire in North Central Iowa. Our practice offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in a rural setting.
About the OpportunityThis is a full-time position with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a signing bonus, retention bonus, relocation assistance, and a 401K match. You will have the opportunity to work with a fully integrated system, utilizing Epic EMR to improve care coordination.
Practice Details- Average patients/day: varies depending on clinic/OR schedule, approximately 20-25
- Inpatient consults: 10 days per month, with remaining days covered by urology partners
- Office procedures: bladder botox, bladder scope, prostate biopsy, stent removal, vasectomy, etc.
We offer a rewarding work environment with a focus on work-life balance. Our experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, know the patients extremely well, allowing for efficient and effective care. You will have 36 patient contact hours with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access.
