Physician Opportunity in North Central Iowa

We are seeking a skilled urologist to join our team in North Central Iowa. Our practice offers a unique opportunity for a physician to establish a partnership with an existing urology group, providing 5 days of physician coverage per month. As we grow, we plan to recruit a full-time urologist to the community, ensuring more access to care and continued support from our urology partners.
Practice Details- Established practice with a strong reputation in the community
- Current state: partnership with urology group to provide 5 days of physician coverage per month
- Future state: recruit full-time urologist to the community to provide more access - continue urology partnership for support, mentoring, call backup and collegiality
- Full-time ARNP in the clinic 5 days per week

- Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely well
- 36 patient contact hours with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access

- Perform a variety of urology procedures, including bladder botox, bladder scope, prostate biopsy, stent removal, vasectomy, etc.
- Provide inpatient consults as needed
- Participate in call rotation, with remaining days covered by urology partners
