Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Estimator to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Eastern Ohio. As a key member of our disaster response team, you will be responsible for assessing property damage, scoping projects, and communicating with clients and adjusters to ensure seamless reconstruction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough property damage assessments to determine scope of work and estimate costs
  • Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and project managers to ensure clear expectations and timely completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance professionals and business owners to drive growth and revenue
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for disaster response and recovery efforts
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed within profit range and service level agreements are met
Requirements
  • Previous estimating experience (e.g. Xactimate/Claims Connect) required
  • Industry certifications (e.g. IICRC, Lead) preferred
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
