Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care to residents in various post-acute facilities, including Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as mobility, personal hygiene, toileting, and feeding.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any concerns to the nursing team.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents and their families.
  • Communicate effectively with medical professionals, residents, and family members.
Requirements
  • Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
