Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive educational curriculum that aligns with developmental standards and practices.
  • Lead and inspire a collaborative teaching team through effective modeling and coaching.
  • Create engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote social, cognitive, and emotional development.
  • Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure ongoing improvement in teaching quality.
  • Adhere to all center policies and state regulations.
  • Foster a cooperative environment among staff, children, and families.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or a degree in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Completion of required training hours and certifications.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in early childhood education.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
