About the Role:

The Administrative Specialist II is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the admissions process. This role involves examining and verifying documents, performing general office duties, and maintaining student records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and distributing application documents to processing staff for review
  • Inputting data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Maintaining student records to ensure accurate and neat data
  • Assisting prospective students through the admissions process in-person or via phone/email
  • Providing customer service, ensuring front desk coverage, phone answering, and walk-in assistance
  • Providing information, assistance, and clarification to interested parties concerning institution policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
  • Advanced customer service and data-entry skills
  • Front desk management experience preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

Work Environment:

This role is based in an office environment with 15+ full-time employees. The successful candidate will spend extended periods at a computer terminal, answering phone calls, and assisting with office walk-ins.
