Job Title: Senior Cloud Infrastructure Administrator

At Spotter, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to join our world-class cloud engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the administration of our cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support for Google Workspace applications and services, including Gmail, Google Groups, Drive, and Calendar.
  • Oversee email security solutions and endpoint security tools to protect our systems from threats.
  • Implement and manage cloud-based identity management solutions for GCP and AWS, including IAM Identity Center authentication.
  • Administer GCP and AWS cloud infrastructure, including access to AWS workspaces, S3 buckets, EC2, Redshift, and Salesforce.
  • Ensure proper oversight of IT assets, including hardware, software, and cloud resources.
  • Manage SaaS subscriptions to optimize costs and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex access issues related to AWS IAM roles and policies.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline routine tasks and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS cloud services for a large on-site and remote workforce using Google Workspace, Google Groups, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, AWS, GCP, or Azure with SSO.
  • Strong scripting skills and experience with Google Apps Manager (GAM).
  • Very experienced managing remote workforce computing devices based on enterprise-grade security and SaaS platforms.
  • Very experienced managing and securing company devices with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools.
  • Very experienced with Linux Bash or Python scripting and Terraform Infrastructure As Code for AWS development and maintenance.
  • Experienced in supporting Cloud-based monitoring tools and deploying EC2, S3, Redshift.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Security Specialist, Azure Administrator, Red Hat System Administrator, Cisco CyberOps, CCNP.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong English communications skills - written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
