Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Hotel Windrow. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Clean and maintain all guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities.
• Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available for each shift.
• Conduct thorough room inspections to identify any damage, repair needs, or loss of supplies, and report these findings to the Housekeeping Manager.
• Monitor the cleanliness of all public areas, both inside and out, and take steps to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• Attend all mandatory staff meetings and training sessions, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.

• Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical applications is a plus.
• A desire to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service is essential.
