Jeff Temps, the internal temporary staffing service of Jefferson, is in search of skilled Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners to join our temporary workforce for per diem, part-time, and full-time roles across various specialties. Required Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL AND LICENSURE CRITERIA:
  • ADN or BSN Degree preferred within three years
  • Valid PA Registered Nurse License
  • Current BLS Certification, ACLS preferred, from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Prior hospital experience is advantageous
Employment Conditions

Covid Vaccination is mandatory for employment at Jefferson for staff working within Jefferson's clinical settings or at the University. If you are not currently vaccinated, you will need to receive the vaccination before your start date if you are offered a position, unless you request and obtain an approved medical or religious exemption from Jefferson.

Additional Employment Conditions

As this role will involve regular interaction with children in the capacity of care, guidance, supervision, or training, you will be required to fulfill the stipulations of the Child Protective Services Act, which includes the Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check, the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare child abuse clearance, and an FBI fingerprint-based federal criminal records check. The selected candidate will not be permitted to commence work until all three (3) checks are completed satisfactorily.
