- Emergency Response: Act promptly and effectively in emergency situations to ensure resident safety.
- Confidentiality Maintenance: Uphold the privacy of residents and prospective residents at all times.
- Minimum of one month experience in a senior care environment.
- State-specific certification may be required based on location.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail is critical for success in this role.
The Woodmark at Uptown offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and paid time off.
