Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Administrative Specialist to join our team at BankTalent HQ. This role will provide administrative support to our commercial lending staff, ensuring a seamless pre-close review process for commercial loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare loan packages for closing, ensuring all parties receive necessary copies.
  • Assist commercial lenders with expense reimbursement and loan extension processes.
  • Coordinate appraisals, title work, flood determinations, and UCC searches.
  • Prepare and process loan documentation, automatic payment forms, and wire transfers.
  • Maintain scheduling of conference rooms and office supplies for staff.
  • Coordinate Advisory Board meetings and complete minutes.
  • Assist clients with requests for payoff quotes and releases/discharges.
  • Attend community functions and civic organizations to represent BankTalent HQ.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience.
  • Previous bank experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Working Conditions

This role will work in a normal office environment with occasional travel to branch locations.
