As a Sales Associate, your primary focus will be on delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will:

  • Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor in a well-maintained store environment.
  • Provide exceptional service by assisting customers promptly and courteously.
  • Uphold the integrity of the 'Crosby's' brand by preparing fresh food and made-to-order items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Encourage customers to join our loyalty program, 'My Crosby's Rewards', by explaining its benefits and assisting with enrollment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to embody the mission and values of the Reid Group.
Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • The ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and reports.
  • Visual acuity for checking identification.
  • Capability to follow instructions for operating various equipment.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • A tolerance for exposure to cleaning products and gasoline fumes.
  • The ability to work in a cooler environment for short durations.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Applicants should be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
