About the Role

The IT Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the IT department and various departments in the organization. This position involves analyzing and documenting business requirements, developing functional specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance our IT systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed business requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and propose technical solutions that address business needs.
  • Support project planning and execution by providing insights into business requirements and system capabilities.
  • Develop test plans and scenarios to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals, progress, and changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
  • Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and data analytics is highly desirable.
