Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team at Language to Learning. As a key member of our school-based therapy services, you will play a vital role in supporting students' communication skills and academic success.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and educational goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based practices to address speech, language, fluency, and other communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, and other school staff to support students' development and progress.
  • Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to the development and review of students' educational plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and state licensure are required.
  • Experience working in a school-based setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions for speech and language disorders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of job performance.
