Responsibilities:- Develop and calibrate engine sub-system algorithms using Matlab and Simulink.
- Create control systems calibrations for engine sub-systems using tools like Calterm, CalbertNG, CDM, PowerMatch, and RDE.
- Test and validate developed calibrations in open and closed loop test benches for different ECMs.
- Support calibration validation activities in test cells, engine plants, field tests, and OEM installations.
- Develop test or field calibrations and support field issues.
- Perform vehicle level system validation of developed Engine and Powergen features on vehicles.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address critical and high-priority issues.
- Perform Fault Tree Analysis to identify root causes.
- Responsible for knowledge sharing, training, release management, and technical issues clarification.
- Manage risks and analyze, document, and monitor risks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or related field.
- Expertise in Matlab and Simulink.
- Knowledge of tools like LUIS, PCAN Explorer, and oscilloscopes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with global delivery and architecture teams.
- Problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Self-motivated and passionate about leading-edge technologies.
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
