About the Role
Urban Insight seeks an experienced Customer Success Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication, onboarding, and project management
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer needs, improving overall satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or digital agency environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
