We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Donation Attendant at Rittenhouse Store (Ellsworth & Rittenhouse). As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, receiving donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to donors and customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Receive and process donations in a timely and efficient manner, following Goodwill's guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the production room and sales floor.
- Assist with loading and unloading merchandise onto/off trucks or trailers, as needed.
- Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily safety inspections on company-owned equipment and ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a forklift certification class and operate equipment safely.
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
