Process Engineer III

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer III to join our team at OneHeart Medical Staffing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising the installation and start-up of SCR systems, performing site engineering and coordination, and developing new equipment and techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the installation and start-up of SCR systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Perform site engineering and coordination, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop new equipment and techniques, including the selection and evaluation of hardware and software, to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Transfer operating knowledge to SCR customers through training, publications, discussions, presentations, and other forms of communication.
- Train new employees on the SCR process, leveraging your vast experience and expertise to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Make suggestions on how to improve SCR equipment and processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Provide technical support to existing and prospective SCR customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
- Produce daily progress reports during start-ups and field service visits, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Write trip reports after customer visits, documenting key findings and recommendations.
- Minimum of 8 years of process engineering or operations management experience in industrial processing systems.
- Preferred experience with combustion management systems operation.
- Desirable experience with molten metal processing systems.
- Ability to communicate design information from various documents, including vendor and SCR drawings, operating manuals, and maintenance/operation manuals.
- Ability to focus efforts towards successful project completion, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing requirements, with a strong ability to work with diverse international customers.
- International travel required, up to 50% of the time, for several weeks duration at a time.
