Breakfast Server Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Breakfast Server Assistant to join our team at the TownePlace Suites in Hays, KS.

As a Breakfast Server Assistant, you will be responsible for setting up the breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen for operation, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the day.

• Set up the breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen for operation in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen throughout the day
• Perform weekly, monthly, and daily cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor
• Ensure food order delivery accuracy while maintaining "first in first out" inventory methods
• Maintain food logs, temperature logs, and red books
• Assist with guest requests and complaints

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
• Experience in hospitality preferred
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stopping
• Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for an extended period of time
• Required certifications and training for TIPS, ServSafe, health department, and other required organizations according to local codes

The estimated salary for this role is $30,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience.
