Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage production crews and job assignments, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Represent the company and manage customer expectations, ensuring that all customers receive a world-class level of service.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow technicians to ensure that all projects are completed smoothly.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop staff and technicians to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the property restoration industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in Xactimate and Symbility/Mobile Claims estimating platforms, experience with XactAnalysis, Claims Connect, MICA, and Dash software platforms.
  • Certifications: IICRC certified in ASD, WRT, and AMRT.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.

  • Flexible Schedule: 8-hour shift, on-call, and weekends as needed.
