About the Role: Lorven Technologies seeks a seasoned Telecommunications Analyst to lead our telecom system analysis and design efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, analysis, design, development, and maintenance of telecommunications systems supporting government and public safety agencies.

  • This includes analysis in support of telecom support functions, including billing, trouble ticket management, and service order planning and analysis efforts using both manual and automated tools.
Salary Information

We offer an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $160,000 based on industry standards and your level of experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, analyze, design, develop, and maintain telecommunications systems to meet the needs of government and public safety agencies.
  • Analyze data to inform telecom support functions, including billing, trouble ticket management, and service order planning.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience in telecommunications system analysis and design, programming, and program design of billing, trouble ticket management, service order entry, and/or configuration management systems.
